Rear Diff Fluid Question

    Rear Diff Breather~ 5100's ~Fog Light Anytime~Tint~TRD Seat Covers~Weather Tech's~Pioneer H.U.~Lift~Eibach Springs~LED's......blah...blah...blah
    I have about 120k on my truck.(2005 A/C PreRunner V6 2WD) The rear diff fluid has been changed b4. Is their a high mileage diff fluid? If so what do you recommend? Plus how many quarts needed.

    Amsoil severe gear 75w90;) I think you need right around 3 qts. I always buy 4 just in case. And remove the top fill plug first before attempting to remove the drain plug!

    80/140 regular lucus oil is what I have been running for over a year now. Strange how I Havnt broke a diff running that oil but when I was running synthetic stock weight I went through 4 ring and pinion sets. ECGS also recommends the 80/140 weight, its why I chose to go with it.

    75w140 if you do a lot of towing in the summer and don't hit the ski resorts in winter.

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Low range exerts for torque to the axel than hi range. More torque load, and you need a heavier fluid to protect the gears.
