if u can actually convince the dealer to do it. take a copy of the tsb to the dealer and show him that ur 08 has the 3 leafs like in the tsb for the 07's and that the suspension hasnt changed. if need be, talk to the service manager or try the 1800 number thats floating around here

It seems to be hit and miss reading these posts. I feel I just got lucky the way things unfolded. But the sqeaky wheel gets the greese seems to work eventually. The 07's weren't included until the 08's were out and they still have the same part numbers. Some have been told that Toyota has redone the 3 leafs to fix the problem. That's not the case.

Somebodies a little on the defensive side.

If You had a question thats answer wouldn't be easily found with searching, I would have been more than happy to help you.

Not flaming, but every time I come on this forum I see the same topic being started over and over again. If these people would start using the search button (which is there for a reason), then these threads wouldn't pop up all the time.

Sounds like you've been over at TTORA a little to much. I ran into this same attitude on that forum. After doing a search, on the Bilstein 5100's, a person asked a question that I wanted an answer to as well. The vey next post sounded like yours, unloading on them for the legit question and not searching first. To be fair to TTORA there were other posts that did join in with information, but I noticed the poster with the original question never replyed again.

Seems like you also gave me a hard time awhile back when I was asking about the TSB in regards to 08 models, soon after joining this forum. It shows you have an '05 and have already had the TSB done. If you don't want to read about the TSB questions refering to 08's just pass it up and don't waste the internet space for us as this 1st page seems to be devoted to you. ;)
