I noticed last night that I have no front parking lights on my 06, just taillights. Are the amber lights supposed to be on for parking lights?
And, any idea on why mine wouldn't be on?
The front turn signals work fine, but is there a dual filament bulb in them?
    A blown fuse? Any ideas??
I know the 06 does not have DRLs.

Just noticed my drivers side it out..... Dealership didn't have any in stock ($7 single) and even Pep Boys didn't have any ($4 pair). WTF?? I think what I need is a 4157NALL . I need to locate one and install it to confirm.

My pass side blew out after 5 years.

I went LED so they should last longer than the truck now.
    Part Number: WLED-AHP5 | UPC: 847781009231
Even has a 2 year warranty

10% off if you use code: GIFT13

Pair of bulbs would be $10.72 + shipping.

    Thanks!
I was going to go straight bobo replacement, but this is something to look into depending on costs. Just to clarify - these can be directly plugged in without any other work?

I see there are 6 different colors. Is that BULB color?
The WLED-AHP5 is the orange? (important for inspection)

Yes, you plug them directly in. No BS. They have the same exact base as the OE bulbs. No unforeseen issues with this mod.

WLED-AHP5 is the orange, and listed as "amber" thus the "A" in the part number. It's the right color to be legal in PA.

If you want I can grab a pic when I get home. I'm at work now and not driving the Taco.

    Houston, we have a problem.....

I went with the OEM route and ordered some 4157NALL bulbs from Amazon. My husband did the research and I did some googling also. I thought I had the right parts. Upon removal of my bulb....this is what I find:

Ok...this looks like something I can only order from Toyota. I can't even find any photos of this thing online anywhere no matter what I search.

Those are just regular wedge bulbs that you pull out of that adapter if thats what your talking about like sizes 168/194. The 4157 bulbs are for the front inner turn signals.

Did you get the ones I said to get? If so they will work. You just need to yank the bulb out.

    Thanks!
I would've never searched for 'wedge' bulbs.

That's what I get for assuming this was gonna be an easy peasy bulb swap. I should've taken the darn thing out before I bought anything. :D
