Where you gonna mount your CB?

I put my rail mount and antenna on a little while ago. Don't know if I like the amount of stress put on the factory rail. It flexes a little when the antenna's flopping around. Might go with the Famous Fab rear tailgate mount and save this ATO mount for some rear facing lights. For now its gonna stay like it is. Still gotta run my coax, wire the CB and all that shit, then find one of you guys with a SWR meter to help me tune it!

Antenna is on a hood hings bracket. The CB is gonna go in the cubby behind the center console. I am ordering a panel jack and cable to extend the plug in to the front of the console in one of the blanks...I need to find a right angle plug to put on the mic. I am seriously considering skipping the blank and mounting the panel jack on the upper passenger side of the center console just forward of the drink holders...if the panel jack will fit. I'll snap a pic and edit this post in a few to show you where I am thinking.

Same spot I was thinking, there is quite a bit of dead room up there. Also mounting my blue sea USB charging port on the pass side of the console/shifter trim.

Might just do what everyone else is doing and not mount the port...and just tuck it under there and fish for it when I need it.

Edit: Anything creative as far as the speaker mount?

Based on the size of the speaker, I think my only option is under the seat...I'm going to try to mount it tomorrow morning, since I'll have to pull the driver’s seat.

Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Wife and I have started up a new little side business and I figured I would invite you guys to check it out and like it on Facebook. We are now selling Pepper Spray, Stun Guns and other awesome shit...but for women. It's designed to be easier to use, fit in purses and be "cute" to make it easier for them to be comfortable using and carrying it. I still prefer my 40 but this shit has merit and hurts bad if you're lucky enough to have felt OC.

I am only plugging it here since we yak about guns but most of our wives won't carry all the time if ever. They have a Tear Gas/OC spray mixer that will fuck your day up and my wife carries it everywhere instead of the gun...I have one in the truck now for heading on base since they don't want me to have my guns! Check it out.
