I only had a small bullet on my build thread saying I had that. I just added the picture.

I just stuck to running the stock ones because they were fine, which was a HUGE difference from the ones in our 96 but enough people complained that Toyota improved them lol

 

You need more bass like my car

 

It's strange because I've noticed that the bass is louder outside my truck than inside at times

And these new speakers add a touch of bass as well. Super bass...

 

haha well thats exactly what mine sounds like!

its in the rear seat cubby, with no sound deadener. so it rattles the cab and floor more that providing sound inside the truck

sounds LOVELY from the outside

I want to upgrade the door speakers in my Tacoma and ditch the factory sub and amp. Not sure if I will bother with getting a new sub though. I'd rather use that space for storage.

Besides my car has more than enough bass for me. haha

 

Mine doesn't rattle too bad, or maybe I don't hear it. I heard a bad rattle one day that was making me angry and then I noticed it was just my snow scraper vibrating on the wall lol.

I just put mine on the seat, nobody goes back there anyway.

My cousin does the bass contests and she has a giant one in the back of her SUV. About made my ears bleed.

On a side note...it's weird how we pronounce bass (the sound) as base. And yet base (the place) as base and then bass (the fish) as b-ass.

It should just be base too

Fish. He used to be into Bass Fishing in high school. Seems like everyone automatically assumes subwoofers though. haha
