    I know, I've wheeled the hammers and been over most obstacles in Johnson Valley, wheeled Calico, Big Bear, Miller Jeep trail, etc. I get why people do it, but I also believe once you ride an LT truck you won't want to put it in 4lo anymore.

    i guess i have the dirtbike for that, so that covers all my my off road high speed desires. and i enjoy the more methodical approach to driving something with 4 wheels vs my pin it to win it style on the bike.

    I know what you mean, I ride bikes too. It's hard to explain though. I didn't believe I would be remotely interested in LT until I rode in one. The dude warned me too, he said it was a $10,000 ride. It wasn't until I was bolting parts on mine that I realized he wasn't joking. I also don't think the two styles are mutually exclusive. Look at KOH...I think the future is rigs that can go fast AND crawl. The Ford Raptor...man that truck would have been unthinkable 15 years ago. It will be interesting to see where this whole offroad sport ends up 15 years from now. Shoot, even the mud truck guys are figuring out suspension changes the game.

    i agree, when you start messing with technology like the oris with almost on the fly adjust ability paired with linked suspension we might be able to just hit race mode and the suspension sets itself to the proper dampening for high speed but you hit crawl mode and it sets itself for tons of down travel. it will be cool to see what advancements in suspension technology keep popping up

    i love my street bike tho! So much fun to just hop on that and go wherever. driving the truck is boring. The bike makes the most mundane daily driving enjoyable!
