I just received an 8mm fisheye.
It's a cheap Vivitar, so it doesn't auto-focus or TTL on the 3100. I was hoping I could still run the auto-shutter with the manual apeture, but the body just reports that there is no lens mounted.

Works great in manual mode... might try something like that.

Got a shot earlier that I think fits the challenge pretty well, but technically is terrible. If I can't get something tomorrow it might have to work.

Alright, none of my intended photos for this challenge came out right but i did find something that should work. This was at the end of the day at the skihill. I was lucky enough to have time to grab my camera and snap this sunset above the peak. This was a very rare moment and i before i knew it, it was gone.

Those moments happen every day, and every now and then, someone catches one that is just perfect, like this one that I saw the other day....

Here is my submission. Initially I was trying to get the blur of the road and the sides of the road, then I saw the moving truck and I thought perfect.

Snapped this quick one on my phone while driving between my girlfriend's house and mine. Been making that drive twice a day each day this break. At least we're in the same county now! In three weeks we'll be in different COUNTRIES! :( Long distance sucks.

Although it's a phone image, I had to enter! Been too busy to get out with the dslr... Hoping to get some star shots tomorrow night out in the desert, though!
