Welded up a plate to eventually hold my external lights fuse box and other things. (Fuse box and lights another day.) I know I've seen people ask question on where to poke a nice hole in the firewall. This is where I did it and came out fine. Didn't even have to cut the carpet. I ran 12 wires enough to handle 6 switches.

I installed a set of the Husky front mud guards on my truck. I liked the look of the truck without the mud flaps on(the originals broke off), but I was getting so much road spray and snow/slush build up I figured I would give these a try.

I went to autozone last night and found "white wax". So immediately I decided I must try it, my truck is looking a bit dull anyways. I was just gonna try it on a little spot - I did the whole truck. Right there in the parking lot. I couldn't just leave it, it came out really nice ;)

    My wife thinks I'm weird

Was going to trim my new bed mat, but mother nature decided i can't play outside in the rain.
I guess it will just have to sit in my living room

Good luck with those. Since Husky flaps are shorter, if you are still getting some road spray, you can add an extension like I did: http://www.tacomaworld.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/163395/size/big/cat/500/ppuser/37674

Went to Tractor Supply Co and bought their 3/8" rubber matting and installed it in the bed after a little trimming. Best $30 I've spend in a while.
