    Thanks to my Secret Santa (Shauncho) I received this:

    I couldn't wait so I ran outside and did this:

    I will be installing the radio in the rear of center console below the cup holders and mounting the speaker like this (borrowed from ExPo: barlowrs build thread):

    And as a status update on the front bumper, I just need to get it primed and painted, but have been crazy busy. I got a set of okled pods to use as fogs also.

    I placed the
    $30 uniden bc20 bearcat 20-watt external communications speaker. durable rugged design, perfect for amplifying uniden scanners, CB radios, and other communications receivers ,black
    uniden bc20 speaker under the driver’s seat since it was much larger than I expected and would not work in a flush mount like I planned. Since I have no experience with this speaker I installed it with zip ties for the time being. If it works out, I will modify the bracket and hard mount it.

    Hopefully will finish this and the bumper up by the new year.
