    I'd just color match and retrofit. Looks 10 times better.

    Here's my list of events:

    -Ordered FXR Kit with SS ballasts
    -Installed FXR kit
    -Sent email about ballast issues
    -Got and installed new ballasts (DSP)
    -Driver side fired and has continued to fire every single time since installation. Passenger fired once and has not since.
    -Requested new ballasts, they said same thing happened to a guy in Atlanta and they changed the bulbs and it worked fine.
    -Got new bulbs shipped to me (free), installed them last night
    - New DSP ballast works on the driver side still, DSP still did not work on passenger and switched it back to the SS ballast until I get a new one.




    Also sealed my lenses better last night with a quick reheat and clamp and hopefully when I get a new ballast everything is 110%

    Something very odd is going on here, such as a connection or grounding issue. Have you tried to move the ground with the DSP ballast? It does require a more solid ground than the SS they replace.

    Don't hesitate to email me directly so we can isolate it ASAP for you.

    If your form was incomplete it will only delay the processing, but we're going to be making a huge dent in these recall forms tomorrow for sure.

    3Five AMP ballasts are out of stock until approximately the 15th when a much larger shipment arrives of both these and our redesigned single xenon harnesses.

    No they will most likely send you your kit with the original ballasts and once you install and notice the bad ballasts, then you give them a call

    Yes so they will send you original ballast and then if your having issues they will send you the new ones. That'd what happened to me. I ordered a kit and they sent me original ballast, I had issues with the ballasts and called/emailed and got new ones put in the mail.
