    shutter time i think. Since its just direct lights they do that. also happened in Wes's shot of the city.

    Really enjoyed the shots from this week everyone!

    "life in motion" is one of the main reasons I dove into photography. I get the biggest emotional response from shots like the ones submitted this week. Lots of you guys/girl, knocked it out of the park. My loose rules for this week are biting me in the ass because it's hard to pick. Though I wouldn't trade all the awesome interpretations we got for an easy winner... I'm gonna take another cruise through the weeks submissions and make a decision so we can move on haha. :goingcrazy:

    This is what I have always heard. Also heard the higher the count of points on the starburst the higher the quality of glass? Is this true or something that someone thought they were "enlightening" me on?
