^^^^This, easiest way to put it. And if you don't want to wheel your truck, I'm sure someone will let you ride along.

Does any one know how serious trail 11b (the graveyard trail) is? I was planning on coming in on Brittle rd to trail 24 to 11B on up to trail 20 over to the campground.

Would that be too challenging solo with a laden down truck?

I'm based up in Newark on the emb145 for ExpressJet flying the United Express (formally Continental) stuff. We hit Canada, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, domestic and 23 destinations in Mexico. Nice mix of flying to keep it interesting.

Not big ones like this I don't think. There are smaller ones where a few trucks get together and make a day trip. This one is going to have people from all over the state, from the pan handle to Miami.

I have only been down the graveyard trail once, but from what I remember I wouldn't take my truck through there if it was full of stuff. There is a lot of articulation areas that put you in some weird angles. I could be wrong though, that's just what I remember.

Regretfully, I'll be unable to attend this event. It turns out "The Duck" is DIW (Dead in the Water).

My entire chassis wiring was fried. I thought the issue a a short but it turns out, after 3 hours of following wires and installing a new battery. My biggest regret is not being able to take my son for all the fun. I'd like to donate for the site though that was originally set aside for us.

Please let me know where I can send some cash....thanks all and I hope to get my CJ ready for the next event. Bummed...really was looking forward to this trip. :( Hope you all have a fantastic time.

Only thing I have seen personally the few times I have been were deer. I have yet to see a near out there, though I am sure there are some. Food wise, I just keep my stuff in a cooler or zipped up bag.

Thanks for the info, Jason.

Bummer. Sorry to hear that. :( Hope ya get it squared away without too many problems. On the bright side, it's a CJ so there shouldn't be a crap-ton of wiring to deal with, I hope.

That stinks Mike... Hopefully not to much $$$ to fix your Jeep, all part of the fun of classic vehicle's.

We'll see you on the next one.

I'm pretty sure Painless Wiring does a complete Jeep harness. Might not be a bad idea to replace it all.

Let me know if you plan on doing it yourself, I can help.
