Haha I don't know if it's all that good. I got dat short ass attention span, so if I don't change it up a lot, I get bored. I think the longest I've ever stuck to one plan is 2 or 3 months. But, no matter what plan I do, I change it up every week. Rather than doing bench, incline, and decline for chest, I'll interchange as many different chest workouts as possible while on a certain plan. Keep dem muscles confused as fuq

I found two of those at my parents house when we lived on the side of the mountain. Craziest thing I have seen out here in the dez.

Thanks. I'll check them out. You're saying too much cardio starts to eat away muscle even if your lifting during the week as well?

Not if you do it right. You need to be at around a 500 calorie deficit to lose a pound a week. If you're lifting and eating right, plus doing cardio, that's going to burn too many calories and you'll lose muscle. If you plan on doing cardio, you just need to make sure you eat a little more on cardio days, so you make up for the burnt calories

Ex. I maintain my weight at around 3000 calories per day. If I want to lose a pound a week, I eat 2500 calories per day. If I plan on doing cardio twice a week for 20 mins each time, I would be burning an additional 300-400 calories on those days, so I would want to eat around 2800-2900 calories on those days.

This is why you never see marathon runners who are built; they have a low body fat, but they do so much cardio, that their body uses carbs and fat, as well as muscle for fuel.

The only cardio I do is just for keeping my heart healthy. I lose weight easily, but gain weight hard, so cardio is my enemy when trying to build muscle #ectomorphproblems

Yeah, I played soccer in high school and weight 120 lbs, soaking wet, but could run like Forrest Gump. Now, I'm 193 and still feel like a scrawny bitch...doesn't Dom have some saying about never being satisfied with your current weight?

You're not the only one!!!!!!! I seriously have body dismorphia. I will look at dudes arms and be like mine aren't that big:(. Then one day with my ol'lady I saw this chick, who definitely crossfits, and was like 'damn her arms are bigger than mine', girl looked at me like 'dafuq is wrong with you?'

It wasn't a bad workout or anything, I just couldn't get into the full body workouts. I'm much more into singling out body parts and torturing them for an hour.

Haha that's the only thing on me that won't grow. I started with 13'' arms and am now up to 16'' arms, but I want 17'' or 18'' arms. I think I've just met my natural limit b/c everything else grows, but not my arms :(
