I am interested for sure. What would I be looking at on cost? I still have to figure out my thought ideas for the bed rack and the rear bumper.

Eric, don't worry about those plates anymore. I was able to make some.

Still a satisfied customer. Just really anxious to get started!

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
anyone know if new hardware is supposed to come with the DIY plate bumpers?

If so, which shipment did it come with?

I opened up the 1st (85#) shipment and there wasnt any hardware. I havent opened up the 2nd (25#) shipment yet but it seems to just be the top plate of the bumper. Maybe there are bolts in there but doesnt appear to be...

Yeah it's supposed to come with bolts. Mine didn't come with any either but I didn't want to have to wait in him to ship the bolts so I just bought my own...

Would the stock bolts be strong enough?

Yeah I used the stock bolts, he doesn't give replacements for that. He just gives nuts to weld onto the plate for a skid and nuts and bolts to use his extra little wing mount to the bumper.

I got three bolts and nuts with mine other then the foglight hardware. Also got 2 sets of plates for attching the wings to the frame. Seems like his shipping department needs a little attention

I got no fog light hardware either... I had no idea he included that... I was annoyed about it but didn't feel like dealing with it.

Do y'all remember what shipment the hardware (if any) came in, 1st or 2nd?

I haven't opened up the top plate shipment yet so I guess its possible it could be in there but I doubt it.
There wasn't any hardware in the first shipment

Those brackets for the side of the frame.. did those line up at all for you guys? Mine wasn't even close, and the holes are about 1/4" off. Had to beat the crap out of it with a mallet to get the angle right.

I still need a die grinder or something to enlarge the holes. Same thing for the skid bracket

Mine took a lot of work to get lined up, not looking forward to having to take it off to weld on the fog light tabs....

    Thanks
Not entirely sure at the moment. I'd have to crunch some numbers.
Yours were about an 1/8" different on both measurements, so I've modified mine accordingly. Thanks
    :thumbsup"
There is definitely supposed to be hardware packaged with the main plates! :annoyed:
Yes, though I include fog light tab and new skid plate hardware.
    :frusty:
Sorry about this guys. I've been having way too many complaints about this stuff recently, I'm going to have to have a talk with the guys boxing this stuff up as this is certainly not acceptable to be happening. Once in a while... well we're human, but on a regular basis is not at all acceptable to me!! :annoyed:
Which set of holes/angle? Frame side, or bumper side?

    No worries Eric

Would it be possible to get a set of hardware shipped to me? I don't have the fog light cut outs so I won't be needing the fog light hardware. But the hardware for everything else would be awesome!!!

If the cost isn't crazy expensive I'd be willing to cover the cost

I took a die grinder to each of the holes and it lines up pretty well now. Easy on easy off, as long as I have a forklift :)
