Tried MP assault yesterday first time ever. It tasted great, I bought the pineapple mango flavor. But, I have to say I'm not sure it did too much... Though I did feel it unlike other pre-workouts such as M5, C4, Craze, and 1MR. So that's a plus.

I took a two week break from stims. The only stimulants I ever have are in pre-workout. I haven't had caffeine otherwise for 5 years. Been using alot of the "illegal" pre-workout stuff like old school jack3d and rhino revolution. Cycled both of them for a year or so. Those by far are the best I've ever used... Nothing will replace that 1,3-dimethylamylamine.. love that shit.

Oh and yes, the last meal I had was a pb and j 2 hours before workout, so my stomach...should of been empty. But I usually eat 2 hours prior everytime so my comparisons stay the same.

I work 8a-8p, so I refuse to come to this damn gym while I'm not working lol. It's usually busy here from 8am-10am and from around 4pm-8pm, so I usually try to workout right after lunch. But, after next week, it's gonna be a fkn zoo

Hey Zach, with all this MP shit posting up for supps and protein, what are our thoughts on ISOPURE?

The only pre workout I've ever had is Assault. 1 tub lasts me all year, as I only use it when I absolutely need it, so I can't say.

EDIT: just google'd it and realized it's whey. The only whey I've used is ON, so again, I gots no idea

EDIT II: I'm kinda brand loyal, so when I find something I like (ON's whey & MP Assault), I'm not gonna change unless they jack up the price or change the formula lol

I tried Isopure my first time lifting... I must say it is the absolute best tasting protein ever. It is such clean protein too... but, very expensive. If you are just looking for recovery that stuff is pretty good... Literally it's all protein.

We used to sell all kinds of different stuff, but my boss is on the Advocare pyramid scheme, so that's the only shit we sell. It's ridiculous. They're the Mary Kay of the supplement business
