    .
That's good, I was asking because as settling the claim, the idea is to "make you whole" again, sounds like a pretty good result dude.

    That's great man!

That should be enough to pay your taxes (if your state collects) and cover most or all of the other remaining expense associated with the purchase of another vehicle. I'm guessing they're covering a rental for you?

I'm betting they'll be legal jargon in the endorsement area stating you'll make no additional claims.

    Too few to list.
    That's great news. That's only less than $4K short of a 2014 AC 4x4 2.7L auto (according to truecar.com zip 08009).

I have 2 at the moment a 2012 nautical blue sr5 6cyl 6speed with 19k miles marked at 26,000 and a 2013 magnetic grey trd sport 6cyl 6 speed with 11k miles for 27,500. Both Access cabs. Blue one is a certified at a toyota dealer the other is at an Audi dealer so I'm probably leaning toward the blue one. Should get the check Thursday or Friday so maybe I'll be in a new taco this weekend.

Yea my insurance paid and then their going after the other company.

Who is your insurance if you don't me asking? Reason I ask is I have geico and after your situation I went to my agent and asked them what would be paid if I totalled it. I have a 2010 dcsb he quoted me at 23,500. Plus or minus a few hundred. He said it will go down with mileage but that is what he would have paid right then and there. Of course mine has 35 on it and would be listed in excellent condition.

I have lib mutual. That number makes perfect sense to me since u had 10k less miles, double cab and 4.0L .

I think you are also in titled to a depreciation payment of 10 % of the total damage! check it out before you settle that's a lot of coin to work with. That's over and above the original offer.

    Too few to list.
I got a good deal on them as well. $960 out the door installed then I received a $60 rebate from Good Year a few weeks after. Great tires.
