    Pressure washer first to clean up that gunk. Then remove the rubber and apply some heat?

    Wear some heat retardant gloves and start the truck, let her get to temp. Might be easier when it is hot.

    It's the power steering line. I was trying to avoid heat since ATF is combustible and it's soaked in kroil. I don't want to burn my parents' house down. The gunk by the way is rust.

    Tried it. And hammering on the wrench. Stripped the nut with the line wrench. Vice grips with a cheater bar don't work either. My only option is heat at this point.
