I hope this is true, when I was going to the gym last new years it was after work and as soon as the new years rolled around it was a fuckin zoo for about a month. Now I go at 5:30am before work. So im hoping its not as bad in the am. Im also curious if the chaos will start thursday morning giving them time to recover from there hangover from new years eve, or will they procrastinate and start on monday ?

Hahaha! I just had this conversation with my wife on how my jeans look like skinny jeans now. She said, now you know how it's so hard for women to shop for jeans.

I feel this pain as well, I wore skinny jeans when I weighed 150, no issues 32 waist. Went through slim 33's, now I wear straight 34's........ DAT ASS.

Everyone I've talked to loves Isopure. They're selling it at my gym. I haven't tried it yet.

As for Pre, I ran out of my assault a while back. One of my buddies gave me some of his "curse". Took that stuff, and about 15 minutes later my whole face was tingling and I felt like I could squat my truck.

I just started using C4 and I feel like I get a pretty good pump using it and don't tire as quickly during my workout. So far so good.

Directions For The Curse: Shake container before use. Mix 1-3 scoops with 4-8 oz. (150-250ml) of water and drink 30-45 minutes before action. Prickly skin confirms successful DNA mutation. Read warnings before use. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24 hour period.

Wow, that's a lot of bro science about cardio....chronic marathoners are skinny because they dont lift weights (they want to stay as light as possible and excess muscle is their enemy). Yet most can run a full marathon 26.2 miles with an average of 5min miles. Try that for even 1 mile?

This is Alex Viada and he does Tri's and still powerlifts.....you just have to train smart and eat accordingly. However, this dude is HUGE for an endurance athlete!

You deff have the right idea of training/calories but cardio does not kill muscle like many think....it's eating that makes/breaks your gains. Slow cardio is better for burning fat enzymes directly and as long as you have plenty of protein and lift heavy you'll still gain muscle.

    Good info here http://www.atlargenutrition.com/blo...-alex-viada-so-you-want-to-run-and-be-strong/

I wear 34's 'relaxed' with a belt, thighs and ass are like spandex, lower leg is tolerable. Boot cut or anything else I've ever tried cut off circulation at knee.
