Well crawling seems funner (to me) I got a slash but i've only put like 3 batteries in it. Also building them is funner to, specifically scale type crawlers. I can't wait to get a crawler and put leds in every place I can fit them

 

i like everything rc lol like the last 5 pictures i've posted of anything people just ignore. hahaha. it's ok though i guess thats what rc forums are for! lol

 

Have you ever built a race kit? Buggy, Stadium Truck, 4wd Buggy, 1/8th Scale Buggy? Not saying crawlers arent fun but if you havent built a race kit you havent really experienced that aspect of the hobby. Also anything with Traxxas isnt really considered race quality lol. Theyre great basher trucks but race kits are a whole diffrent ball game. You should give it a try one day.

 

lol none of my cars go faster than about 40mph. theres no use in having a car that goes that fast on a race track lol. I manage an rc race team. This is what we do lol.

There is a reason I don't build race quality buggies and like The Hunter said it's out of my price range. Also something too fast isn't so fun for me, no place to run it. And traxxas isn't all that fancy racy stuff that's why I have it

X2 It's expensive, fastest rc I had was a vxl mini slash with the parallel connector, it was fun and I miss it lol

I like how you have a paint scheme you stick to, I can't seem to ever do that. Also I'd take a Buggy if I was offered one

 

Motor took a shit on my ECX short course yesterday i think, it has power to the servo but when i give ot throttle the green light on the ESC turns red. Any idea's what thats about. My 7yr old was driving it and said it just stopped. Motor felt a little warm but everything else was cool.

 

Custom lift..2.2 bead locks and rc4wd mud slingers..raised the bumper and installed metal control arms

If anybody is interested i have 4 brand new Traxxas big bores. They are the XXL 100mm(4"). I bought a 8 pack for a T-Maxx to use 4 for my Wraith. They have Traxxas red springs, 1 bottle of 30wt oil and all the pre load spacers and and inserts for top eye. I will split the price half way at $35. I paid $70+tax. Buyer pays shipping. Ill get a pic up ASAP.

 

Anyone with a scx10...just to let you know..the metal steering arms for a tmaxx are a perfect replacement for the lower control arms..and they are adjustable..installed them today and they work great
