    yes but no. In this case you will loose up travel unless you take your leafs into negative arch. The flip kit provides a lil lift because of shackle placement where as "normal" lift kits add the lift in the actual springs

    I understand what it does. I'm just saying that's about all you can do for more "up travel" with mid travel.

    To get more up travel all you need to do is put shorter body shocks. Lifting it higher doesn't really do anything but make you loose down travel. Installing the proper shock is key with any kit. When installing a shock that has a longer body will just net you less travel no mater what you do.

    Then we tacked the mounts to the frame and axle. The shocks are mounted and 90* from side to side and 9* forward

    Question for you guys who have installed the kit.
    What did you measure off of to get the 9* forward angle?

    So I finally got this completed. Used the BAMF kit to fit some 2.5 12" King IBP shocks, modified parts of the kit slightly and here you go.

    Understand these modifications were done to allow for a 2.5" shock. The kit is really nice and perfect for a 2.0 shock.
    The clearances were very tight with the 2.5. I had to modify the lower mounts, removing material for shock eye clearance during suspension cycling. Also had to space them with washer to help with clearance and allowed me to mount them lower.

    Also put the rear vertical side in the brake and added 3-4* brake across it to provide additional clearance during cycling (this would not have been needed if the bucket was set to maybe 12-14* instead of 9*.


    I will report back with more pictures and field test observations, will be performing retrieval for the SNORE Rage At The River this weekend ;)

    Anyone with this relocation think there is room to run piggybacks? I saw a couple pics of folks with the res mounted up high but no one with a piggyback. Thoughts?
