    my wife just got a job as a trainer at a new private gym in town. Going up there in a little bit to workout. No crowds FTW.

    I bet he eats 10000 calories a day, too. If you wanna get big, cardio isn't going to help you. Gaining weight is simple: Eat over you caloric maintenance numbers and lift weights. Cardio burns calories, so if you do cardio, like I said, simply eat enough to make up for the deficit. You can do cardio and get big, you just have to eat like a fukn pig. But if you're trying to gain weight, simply skip the cardio and you'l gain weight faster.

    Now, I'm not against cardio and I'm no sculpted bodybuilder either, but for me, when I'm bulking, I don't do cardio and I gain weight. When cutting, I my cardio is just lifting faster with less breaks lol.

    Was just making a point that cardio does not burn muscle like many think. It's the fact that people don't eat enough/strength train that makes runners smaller but they can be combined easily.

    That's some funny shit!

    Same thing here, i thought it might make me feel a little better and i usually don't go more than 2 days without hitting the gym so i attempted it this morning and it was such a mistake. I feel even worse now

    I did some lifting, only cardio i did was warm up on the treadmill. Hopefully i didn't get too many people sick
