The local guys on 97.5 were talking about it every 5 seconds. I haven't been watching ESPN on TV much today.

Yeah I was annoyed, I just wanted to hear music. Although I do think he is the best candidate. Didn't he even say that he would listen to any offers from Texas or NFL teams?

And lets be serious who wants the pinnacle of their career to be Baylor football...

Why is there only one game on today?? What do they expect me to do till 7:30?

Most people go back to work on the 2nd... Fewer eyes on TVs during the day, so after the New Years games, most (or all?) games are in prime time.

I thought I heard that he would take an offer from Texas if they gave him an offer. If I had a dollar for every time I heard "Art Briles" on the radio this morning, I'd be a millionaire.:crapstorm:

Some guys like being at certain programs :notsure: Mullen had his chances to go on a couple of years ago and he's stayed in Starkvegas. Earlier in the season I thought it was a bad thing for both parties that he stayed loyal to us. Now everything seems to be going in the right direction. Richt has stayed at UGA forever. Leslie probably won't ever leave LSU. I doubt Kingsbury will leave Texas Tech unless he's forced out. :notsure: Then you've got guys like Tubberville, Meyer, and Bielema.

I like Dabo Sweeney....bunches. If Saban were to go, that's who I'd want to replace him.

True. I know Baylor is doing a lot too to bring up it's football program. Baylor was always on the back burner for college football in Texas growing up so its just hard to see them as legitimate.

I don't think Briles would go anywhere outside of the state of Texas. So Texas has pretty much the only shot of snagging him up IMO.

Looks like Sumlin has his work cut out for him next year especially if Johnny leaves.

Agreed on all points. It's weird to think that Baylor was that best Texas team this year. I expect the Ags to have a major drop off next year.

You should work at a summer camp like I do. You'll be able to avoid the real world for a while after that too.

The way Auburn is playing right now, the Noles might fare better against the Tide.

But Auburn relies heavily on that triple option. FSU will have had over a month to pick that offensive scheme apart

You don't think Malzahn isn't smart enough to throw in some new wrinkles to that option game? I expect to see some more sweeps and screens and a bunch of fancy crap.
