If I curl up a bit more I fit really nicely on my backseat. That doesn't work so well with the wife though... haha We usually just pack a little 7'x7' ground tent with a queen size inflatable mattress.

What is the pole in this picture in the corner of the bed. Looks like some electronics. Wind meter or camera?

its a telescoping led camp light. its on a tripod pole attatched to the bed, so it folds down, and can be extended up like that to provide light on the camp site at night

yep but i didn't think i'd need one/ i'll just stick with my tent for now/ I wonder if one of the tents that goes in the bed with the additional room off the back for changing would work decent. thats another 300 dollar option instead of 11-1500

No stress. I have been trying to get some of that stainless steel cable woven into screen they use at the zoos and other places. Think chicken wire, chicken fence. Wanted to get some of it for a grill idea I had, and to secure loads. Got a kit as a gift one year for luggage. Wrapped around the whole piece of luggage and then locked. Like a laundry bag made out of steel that locked.

    That guy is awesome. Props.

They make a kit that will let you add 38" tires and 35" tires. Pretty awesome website.

Got my alternative to a high lift jack today from a company called safe jack. It's a 6ton jack and it fits in the factory location. Comes with the extensions so you arent over extending and the flat plate and frame /tubing adapter too

with the kit then the larger orange base plate plus shipping it was like $300 I think.

Well I think it's pretty sturdy, and everything fits together very well. I think it will stay solid under loads.
Ya I just liked the fact that it goes right in the factory location under the seats too :D
