Keep this thread going. I want to see what leaf springs are going to work on these beasts. I will swap out my AAL TSB leads for them once I have thrashed them from wheeling and never look back!

 

Damn dude, you relocate those shocks & poss. get some longer shocks, the amount of articulation you'll get will amaze you ...

Do I need the pads? Don't really wanna take it back apart if it doesn't really matter. What would relocating shocks do and how should I? I have 5125s with 9" of travel now

 

If they don't squeak then no... And if you have to ask you prolly shouldn't do it lol, your shocks may be rated for 9" but you're not getting that

Yeah, if you get anything over 3" you need 10" for sure

no worries & 3" is about the average result, it gets hard to config. the leafs when guys have specific requirements...

Will it be hard for me to get 2'' when i build mine?
I may be building mine over spring break, i can't winter break (cause it's almost over, and i'm having my 6 wisdom teeth pulled, so that'll knock me out for a week), and i need to do them before we start moving in summer.

 

Not too hard jake, but ya gotta pay attention to the leafs you choose, generally slightly less ARC'd leafs are used
