    I emphasize proper form and I'm my own coach. I'm not racing anyone. The only person I compete with is the skinny bitch I was the day before. When my bench goes from 275 to 295, I chalk that up to good training. When my bodyfat drops from 15 to 9% in 3 months, I thank myself. Now, I probably can't do as many box jumps or row machine as far as a Crossfitter, but my goal isn't to workout fast. My goal is to get bigger and stronger and leaner. If my strength improves, that is a sign of success, to me. But in the words of the Hodge Twinz:

    Did shoulders, tri's, and chest today. I had to throw shoulders in at the end of my chestntri's workout b/c I skipped them yesterday. I had to go down at least 10-15 lbs on every single shoulder workout....I knew chest incorporated a lot of shoulders, but damn! Them bitches were wore out! Now, I'm done til Monday
