    Take him out, tell him to "go potty" or what ever you want his "word" to be. Give him 5 minutes and if he doesn't go, take him inside and put him in his kennel for 10 minutes (yes, set a timer) then take him out again, and repeat as many times as necessary until he goes. When he does, make a big deal out of it (like he'd just won the blue ribbon at the dog show) let him know he did a good thing. Oh, yeah, take him out on a leash until he knows what he's supposed to do, even if you have a fenced yard. (can't control a loose dog)

    ill have to try that, he goes pee whenever i let him out if he has to but the whole poop thing is he was on a schedule and i could predict when hed go and let him out for awhile and hed go but with my schedule rotating so much hes no longer predictable and i get a floor covered in turd nuggets
