    Hello,

I have looked through multiple google/forum searches and haven't been able to find the information i was looking for so i decided to join the forums here.
I own a 2007 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab PreRunner SR5 and looking for a little information.

When i bought the truck it came with what looks like is the "factory optioned" running boards, the plastic is faded and actually broken on a few of the clips or i would just paint them and looking for replacements..

Attached are some pictures of that the boards look like..

I also have what looks to be the OEM style accessory rails and the plastic clips on the end are missing on two of the ends. Attached is a picture with what im talking about circled in red.

    Thanks!

I cant really help you out much.

But it looks like you're also missing the bed cleats, unless you just dont have them on the bed rails at the moment. The bed cleats are almost always available on the "2nd Gen Tacoma Marketplace" page.

Here is a link to that.

Looks like there are a few sets up for sale now. Expect to pay around $45-55 for 4 of them

Thanks, i actually don't have the cleats just yet i was looking around for the best price, as i was able to find those, just couldn't find the others.

Looking around at all the parts diagrams and don't see anything pictures, i'm assuming as they consider it an accessory.

The running boards? Probably. I was hoping that you'd find them somewhere in body hardware...sorry about that. Maybe you can get the end caps for the bed rails when you buy the cleats. And if you are just trying to bring the black back to your running boards, i'd wash them with dish soap and water, them try them really good and coat them with silicone. Hope you get what you need.

Yeah i very well may be missing it but didn't see those, i just cleaned them up and sprayed them with a synthetic rubber paint. Was primarily looking for replacements as the bottom clips were breaking and weren't really sitting flush. Not really a good design for longevity using plastic clips on a black piece of plastic outside of the vehicle.. Was hoping to invest $50ish to replace the plastics for now to avoid the inevitable going with a different running board.

I'm in columbia south carolina, not sure I'd its different in other parts of the country but out scrap yards are full of old domestic vehicles, I think the newest vehicle I have ever seen that wasn't a s10/blazer was a 99 jetta
