Spike has been doing a full all episode marathon of Star Wars all day.

 

Thats awesome! I need new TRD decals, let me know how that goes. and yeah they shot scenes on Pikes Peak. My Dad owns a car hauling company and only moves exotics, race cars, test cars, and commercial/movie cars and he moved 2 here for F&F 7.

 

Just noticed that I guess.

 

Talking to her, she said he can sit down with you and design what ever you want and then put it on. So I guess I'm going to have to stop by and talk to them about it. I don't even know what I want yet.

 

I would be interested to a get a quote from them for fixing my bedside damage as well. Thats the reason I need new decals anyway. The ones on there are custom from the previous owner and I don't want to go stock.

 

I hear you on that one. I have some dents and alot of scratches I want to get out then new decals.

 

They've been filming all over Colorado. These are some pics my dad took of a trailer (note the Universal Studios sticker on the truck) he came across in Penrose a few months ago. He talked to the truck driver for a while. Was real nice and even opened up the cars for him. They were taking them to be crushed. Said he had already taken 200+ cars to be destroyed or something like that. Note thr bullet holes on the black one. I have close up pics of that but will have to post when I'm on a computer.





We have some more pics too from a friend who works on a C130 and he sent us pics of them pushing vehicles out the back. I can't share those until the movie comes out because he could get in trouble.

 

I'd blow a load everyday doing the modifications on those cars...

 

I wouldn't tell anyone if you posted some of them, I bet no one else would either. It just sux that so many cars got destroyed for just one movie.

 

It was a closed set so can't. Don't want him losing his job. Just remind me later about them haha. They had jeeps and some muscle cars. He sent us a text "they pushed out a Subaru and the parachute didn't deploy. It's a pancake now" lol

 

That sux, I don't think I will remember when the movie comes out. Production is on hold cause of Paul Walker dieing.

 

I'm relooking at them now, most have LS1s in them. Some are like the green charger ( challenger?) I posted and some sexy old Camaros.

Nice, I would love to see the pic of the subaru after the landing.

 

You would not believe how many cars all the automakers, race teams, and R&D companies crush...its sickening. Brand new Corvettes, Ferrari's, Lambo's, Benz....the list is endless. But thats business.

 

I have No pics of that sadly. Just some cool hangar pics and some while inside of the plane.

 

What a waste, I hope they have a great auto recycler.

 

The movies are too unrealistic for my taste and don't like seeing the destroying of the cars.
