Hidden Falls Weekend - January 4-5th, 2014

Here in a red dcsb Tacoma at primitive camping B.

 

Is anyone gonna be there through out the day tomorrow ?

 

If anyone will be there tomorrow I will head up tonight

 

I was actually out there, only saw 1 other Tacoma all day besides mine and my buddy's. Lots of Jeeps. They were having a pretty big meet up there.



Pretty steep climb on one of the off-camber bypasses on North Slope. Pics never really show how steep some of the stuff is.

 

Nice shots Brad. You shoulda got together with the SA FJ crew there. They had a nice turn out. I stole this pic from their post.

 

Nice, didn't see that many FJs either but honestly once we got out on the trails we didn't see a whole lot of anyone. Was kind of weird.

I was the '87 4Runner with the GM Truggy coming out of Royal Gorge. I was going to stop and ask if you were TW!

I keep forgetting my truck doesn't scream "TW!!!!!" anymore, and I think my window was smashed by that point, so my TW sticker was MIA.

 

Myself ('87 4Runner) and neighbor with a truggy on Bronco Buster, which is a level 6 currently.

cool photos, some great scenery out there.

but in that video, it looks like no one knows proper winching safety procedure. the two people outside of the vehicles are WAY too close to the winch line. would hate to see someone get enjured jsut ebcause they didn't walk 20 feet in the other direction.

 

Ah yeah, that's right, your guys' set-ups were awesome!

 

Anyone have any more pictures? I know someone got some shots of me going through the mud pit in the red Tacoma.
