    I used to use Inventor back in high school when I was an enginerd and the entirely class collectively wanted to kill themselves. :D

    That was an option to download too but AutoCAD seemed more fitting. I'm hoping it's not too different. It was only 5 years ago I used inventor...it's like riding a bike right? :anonymous:

    yea autocad doesn't do 3d renderings. Its more for 2d designs. It'll render stuff in 3d but its more of a PITA then inventor. We also used another program for 3d that i can't remember what it was call..no ben it was not solidworks..
