I just think they could have kept the ball away from Indy longer if they had their workhorse in there. With a big lead, you make it hard for the other team to score if you keep the ball away from them. Easiest way to do that is by running the ball successfully.

Everyone knows teams who rely on their running game aren't successful. Look at philly, or the Vikings, or the cowboys...

The Vikings don't count, because they don't have a QB. They can put 11 people in the box and stop AP and make Plunder or Freeman, or whoever the QB is at the time, throw the ball.

The Cowboys COULD run the ball, but since they have the super awesome QB Romo, they choose not to. I guarantee they would be more successful if they relied on the run more. You know...like when the game was on the line and the play called was a rushing play, but Romo decided he should throw it instead.

A balanced team is successful. Have a decent QB that can make the necessary throws, and an above average RB, and you should be pretty successful. Teams can't load the box against NE because they have Brady...and when there's a hole, Blount can gash them, which makes them load the box, then Brady can hit a long throw. Can't load the box against Denver because they have Peyton. Knowshon has had a really good year. Same with Seattle.

So that's pretty much what I said, in not so many words. You can't rely on your run alone, meaning Jamal Charles was not the whole KC team. KC fucking sucked and blew a 28 pt lead to a sophomore QB. I guarantee that if luck plays like he did this week, against the pats, he will lose.

My point, from the first post, is that Charles would have been able to run the ball more successfully, therefore keeping the ball away from Indy longer. Which, in turn, probably wins the game. Why is this hard to understand?

Either way, it doesn't matter, because it didn't happen. I had no rooting interest in the game. I don't care who won or lost. I'm just stating what I thought would happen with Charles in the game.

You said Charles was that whole team... Him carrying the ball to burn time doesn't make him the "whole team." I don't care either, but stick with your first argument instead of changing it.

SF should have/needed to score more points. I think 6 or 7 times into GB's territory and only 13 to show .. feels like the momentum is piling up for GB. Tons of time tho, I expect SF to get a turnover or something.

No, what a play by the offensive lineman pulling the defender by his Jersey and shoulder pads

You know the game isn't over why are you complaining about the officials already?
