Looking for roomates in Annapolis, MD

I am currently living in the basement of the house, and am looking for 2 roommates to take over the rest of the house. The setup is a loft on the 2nd story (one rental) and the other is the main bedroom on the first floor with a living room, kitchen, office, bathroom (second rental). This needs to be rented by March 1st. We have a large backyard, deck, firepit, 4 car driveway, great tailgating spot for Navy games. I am a 22 year old male, recent college grad from Texas in transition to grad school. I don't throw parties at the house, don't smoke, and don't have pets. Having a dog is cool, no cats please. The rental is 700/person and utilities are usually about 100/person. I'd like to get this rented out to similar guys like myself. Get in touch with me so we can make this happen!
