Negative here as well. Hoping they come in tomorrow or Tuesday. I just hope I can get a chance to install them this week. It's usually dark or close to it by the time I get home from work. It's also supposed to be kind of cold Tuesday as well. Worse case I'll have to get them installed Saturday. Hoping I can get them on as soon as they arrive though. Already let the wifey know I'll need her help taking some pics during the install process .

Will be a perfect time for testing today when they hopefully arrive. With wind chill tonight its gonna be -20...in TN....ridiculous. SnowTaco wanted to play in the now and all we got was a dusting so all that means is the black ice fairy will be pissing all over.
Ive used the 3M VHB tabe that he uses guys, if youre installing in sub arctic temps then after you have thoroughly cleaned and dried your sills use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm up both the metal sill area and the vhb tape once the adhesive is exposed. If both parts are warm then the tape will make a good bond.

Also if for some reason yours come off please dont go crying to G, you can get the 3M VHB tape in any auto parts store, Its called emblem tape or something like that.

I have not received them either. I will be detailing the truck in the garage today to prepare for the door sill protectors. Hopefully they will be waiting when I get home.

Smart Man! I should have really waited air temp of -18F and real feel of -53F. I still can't feel my toes even wearing felt pack boots. First clue should have been when I walked out to the truck and 3 steps past the garage the plastic bucket with hot soapy water cracked and just exploded. The water froze as it hit the bricks.

I really wanted to verify the test fit of these and not hold anyone up so did the drivers side as the other side is sitting in snow. The install pictures will have to wait until it gets warmer. Much warmer. A heat gun doesn't do much in this cold as soon as you move it. Cleaned with dawn, dried with clear hot water and followed up with a wipe down of rubbing alcohol and heat gun again. It came clean but keeping it from freezing was an inch by inch process. It was cold enough they didn't want to stick until I placed them where I wanted and then held them down and put the heat gun directly on them where I was holding them and pushed on them.

I asked for the non diamond DSP's as I have a lot going on already with expanded mesh fillers on the sliders and perforated steel on the front of the truck. Fit great and look great- thanks Greg! I think the AC DSP's are good to go. Please excuse the dirt and salt the truck is trashed as car washes all close at 10 above and haven't seen that in a long time.

They look great Mike! Those 30" fronts are loooooong!

Try standing on them for a couple minutes to help the 3M grab.

    They fit very nice.

Here come the pics. I took a handful so I'm sorry in advance.

They came packaged very nice. They were nicely wrapped, lots of bubble-wrap and paper.

Even the ends were nicely folded over:

Also included, were stickers. *brofist* for the stickers:

All unwrapped and ready for install:

This is what it looked like before the install:

Up close on the driver side, you can see the metal showing through :(:

I cleaned the sills off first with Windex with a microfiber, then I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol, also with a microfiber.

The strip backing was easy to peel and self explanatory, but I took a picture anyway:

The first protector has been installed:

I lined the end of the protector up with the end of the lines on top of the gray plastic piece:

The rear protectors were installed the same way as the fronts:

Here is the final outcome after the installs:

    Can't forget the passenger side:

Last but not least, had to go ahead and install the sticker:

Personally, I think Greg has done an awesome job with these. They feel very durable, no burs on the edges to cut your fingers, coated nicely. I can def see these lasting a while. As far as the DC goes, I feel like they are a nice fit and can be put in production. Thanks Greg

Sorry for the messy pictures. It was quickly getting dark and colder by the minute. Looking forward to seeing other install pics as well.

So I arrived home and there was a present left for me, :yay:, Thank You Greg.

So I began with cleaning the sills with warm soapy water, dried & finial clean with IPA, I didn't think you would want pics of the cleaning & in my inpatients to get them installed, I skipped that.
Installation was real easy, it took my longer to get the red backing tape off, lol.

Great Fit, Great Product, well worth the price your asking, Everyone is going to love this product. I didn't even know how bad my sills were till I took a good look the other day & notice alot of paint missing on my drivers side. The protection these sill have added is great. Thank You for letting me test fit your product & JOB WELL DONE,

    Excellent guys! Nice pics too!

We'll it looks like I'll be releasing about 25 sets of the carbide texture black diamond plate dsp's for the double cab starting Wednesday. I also have some non diamond plate carbide texture black DC and AC in the works as well as more diamond plate DC.

I'll also be releasing 5 DC sets of Bengal red and 4 DC sets of Bengal white.

Plus I just received quotes from another local fabricator so I can keep things rolling a little smoother.

Thanks for all the help Jake, Russell, Ryan, Josh, John, Eino, Mike, and Dale!
