went to my local toyota dealership who just happened to have moved into a
brand new expanded building. took my truck in for an inspection for TSB serviceso i decided to walk thru the show room. of course the salesman comes up to and starts asking questions. playing along he shows me all the different model in the showroom-scions and various toyotas. so i ask him where all the Tacomas are at? since there was not a single one in the showroom, and he says they are all outside. so i tell him a tacoma was what i was looking for and that since it was close to 90 degrees outside i wouldn't be buying anything from there and i was going to a different dealer. started to walk away with him telling me he would be willing to see if he could get one in the show room for me so i told him to late-good day!! i thought it was funny.

That's bad kharma, wait until he finds out. This is a small world, and you might need something from him one day, it won't go over well. There are enough mean people in this world, doing bad things, you should make it up to the guy and come clean, he was just doing his job, like the rest of us. You never know, he could be a real decent guy and become a good friend.

I have to agree with you on this one man, the sales guy is trying to make a living. I felt bad when I bought my 08, I kept going back and fourth with what vehicle I wanted but the saleman was very cool about it and I ended up droping close to 27k on a brand new truck and he made out.
