    Well its either I never really tested my true bench at the time, or its because I go pretty often.

    He only put 30 lbs on his repping weight...I'd question if he was repping 225 up from 135 lol!

    Makes me wonder too, I set @ 135 @10 per, 3 @ 225 @ 8 per, then 1 @ 135 max. I do this for reg and incline.......

    Is your incline the same as flat bench weight wise ? My incline is way weaker then my flat bench, not sure why :ballchain:

    After I finish this workout next week I'm gonna try to see what my 1RM is.

    Yea...incline is pretty much always gonna be weaker than your flat. And Decline is probably gonna be stronger than your flat.

    I've been doing waterfalls on incline via the smith rack. Before that one of the weeks I did 225 3 @ 10 on regular incline. But usually I do 205 3 @ 10.

    I hate incline bench, I can barely get 185 on it! Then on flat and decline I'm a different person. Oh well

    I know that, I'm just saying I can't do as much weight on incline, as opposed to flat and decline.
