After Saturdays Elvis shenanigans I was unable to stop and fill up my tires due to needing to be home to watch the kids while the lady speeds off to work. Sunday grandma came to get the girls and I had time to start the honeydo list and take care of my Scarlett. I took a pile of quarters up to the gas station which ended up being a QT and parked at the air pump. Turns out QT has free air so I started to fill up. Well I quickly learned that the compressor they had running the pump was crap. I must have hit the button 6 times over 10 min to only take my front tire from 15psi to 30. At that time a random guy walks up and says, looks like that compressor sucks, I'll pull up my utility truck and give you a hand. Turns out the guy was a heavy equipment tech and had a utility truck with 2 big compressors on it. In a few minutes he had the pump on and handed me the line. It took about 8 min until I had all 4 tires back to road pressures. I offered to buy the guy a coffee and he said no worries I'm glad I could help cause you would've been here for hours. Just a random act of awesomeness by a total stranger that I thought I would share. :D

That pile of quarters came in handy cause it turns out I have a do it yourself wash station just up the road as well. 2$ in quarters gave me 4 min of high pressure water and that's all I needed.

That's Awesome. I am lucky enough to fill mine at home with my 60 gal compressor. Jake has discount fill his tires after wheeling lol

Those are cool. I had a Vlair one similar before it was stolen. We have a SLIME brand one in the FJ that seems to work ok.

It's hit or miss with the QT air compressors. Sometimes the air chuck will be broken too. I swear people like to break them. I am usually able to get the air in my tires up ok, but every once in a while its broken. Glad someone was able to help you out.
