    My arms are feeling super small this morning, not been eating solid the past couple of days. Anytime I do that I feel small:( Legs today, they are looking a bit small, haven hit them hard in about a month. Only been doing cardio. Daddys gonna squat like a champ today, in the rack of course, because I prefer standing up straight.

    Also, steak didn settle well in my gut last night. Probably gonna go have a blow out here in a bit.:) Love me some natural clensing
