That's awesome, very nice of you and glad it all ended safely. Cops do and see so much shit that they're never thanked/acknowledged for that it's nice to have that community support I think.

glad everything went down like that and something really bad didnt happen. I am always glad to hear stories about an officer like this. You hear so many bad ones that sometimes you wonder how many good cops are left. I hope if I ever have something like this happen I get a good officer. On the FD I will always have a special place for them, because I had a house burn down.

Lmao!! How's that coming? I've finally lost mah love handles. My fat ass has been running more than forest gump!!

 

It's alright. I managed to only put on about 3-4lbs through the holidays and our trip to Hawaii so it wasn't as bad as I was fearing. This time around Amanda is doing it with me & she apparently doesn't have the same mental fortitude so it's interesting. We started Saturday and last night when she got home from work she was losing her mind and wanted to eat everything in the house. I talked her off of the ledge and I think she's doing alright today. She's lost about 6lbs and didn't really need to lose any IMO but looks even better now. He stomach is flattening up and her sides are more narrow which is what she was going for. Sounds like she's only going to do 5 days this firs time so I likely will follow suit and am already below the weight I was before the holidays so I'm happy. Probably lose a few more pounds today and tomorrow so even if I gain a few back I'm still going to be lighter than I was before the holidays. Easy peasy!

 

Nice that's funny that she was hungry. The last time my wife went on a diet I threw everything out so she would not be tempted. She was pissed haba. Glad it's working out. How was the GoPro on vacation?

 

GoPro worked out alright. Go some good video underwater swimming with a sea-turtle and then spear fishing. Took some video of four wales while we were wale watching. Got some other clips and there. It was cool, I just don't know that it was $420 cool.
