    South hill is like 30 min away because there isn't any good N/S route that isn't full of shitty roads and stop lights. We were about to take a look at a house over there that was going for $425k on South hill, but that is out of the current budget.

    What is stopping you from moving over there?

    What part of this PNW group is dysfunctional? We all function together just fine, maybe different than normal, but that is because we are a better than normal functioning "family". Sometimes we push each other into the mud, sometimes Cody is out back with the farm animals, but at the end of the day, we all drink some sort of social lubricant, whether beer, wine, cider, or liquor, and we help pull the idiots (like me) out of holes too steep for a stock truck to hit without rolling them.
