You thinking of selling any of them? My wife wants to get a goat or 2 to go along with our horse.

 

I'm really glad our goat doesn't do that. Fun to watch on the interwebz, but I bet that would get so annoying having to live with it everyday. haha. Resisting making an ex joke lol.

 

Id have to check with the other half, but thats the plan that I'm aware of. Im pretty sure they'll have papers so IDK price with those. Also, were a ways a part location wise. But, i can let ya know when they have been acclimated to the world lol.

 

That sounds like my ex, and she was a bitch to live with everyday...

We aren't looking for show goats or anything special. Just goats to be friends with a horse. Preferably not bowers since they get so damn big and would probably climb the fence. Also, I figured that if you sell to me, that I would come get them. I think it would be somewhere about 8 hours each way driving.

Yea, finally said adios about a month ago. My stress levels are easily the lowest they have been in almost two years. Plus, now I'm free to give shotgun to girls that actually want to go wheeling.

Those get me every time haha.

Look up fainting goats as well. My brothers were trying to convince me to get fainting goats a couple years ago. I am pretty sure everybody would take turns scaring them.

I tried to talk my mom into getting a fainting goat when she got hers. She knows me too well, absolutely refused to get one lol.

 

Yeah if I had one, I'd probably kill it by accident.

I've heard goat meat can be pretty good. My sister in law is allergic to chicken eggs, but can eat duck eggs, so my wife is already planning on having ducks at our new place and I told her that we can eat duck at the new house too.

 

Duck is good stuff! Took up duck hunting this year. Good times.

 

Wife found ducks that are flightless and pretty much tame that are supposed to keep pace with chickens on egg producing. In Spokane, duck eggs for for $1 each, compared to buying a dozen chicken eggs on sale for $1-$1.50.

What I wonder about is what happens to the ducks when our terriers come out to play (boxer/pit mix, pure pit, jack Russell/corgi mix).
