    have one. The saws tho rip the metal apart and the blades on those wander too much.

    i have a plasma cutter :anonymous: its brand new in the box still haha but no way would i use it on this. Spray slack and sparks ALL over the cab no matter how well you covered it. Ill pass on spraying molten steel everywhere..haha


    wouldn't use a plasma. Thats just asking for big problems.

    How so? I can just go from the inside.

    Either way, konsta has 80000 tools and a lift in his personal shop.

    Would be much better and quicker than my driveway fab area

    you won't be able to do 80% of it from inside. Its not possible. There are like 6 layers you have to cut through and you cant get to them from the inside. its on the door side thats a bitch. The floor board is easy with just a grinder.

    I've read a few posts that a 11.5 wide tire on a 7" wide rim would not ride nicely on road.

    Kind of dissuading me from stepping up in tire size.

    255/85R16 is a 33x10" tire. If you are on 17's they make a 255/80R17 and if you are on 15's there are a lot of 33x10.50's out there.

    so after hacking into your fire wall (where are my pics) what tool have you found to work the best? sawzall with a fine blade?
    tequila only in a margarita...rum, eh malibu is ok. i do love cinnamon whiskey though. that shit can be drank straight from the bottle. we do that when we go boarding
    it would be a fountain of beauty! and fire...
    its a truck...it doesent ride nicely anyway

    both a angle grinder with cut off wheel. Grinder. And sawzall with small blade. And something to clean the area with. Need em all really..haha

    you'd have to run a lower psi in the tires on a 11.5 with a 7'' rim to get even wear..so really should ride nice..not much different then a 12.5'' tire on a 8'' rim.

    Just the norm skids, sliders, & 35's
    Rides fine, I've been running an 11.50 tire on some older steelies that are 15x7. A 32x11.50 is a perfect size for stock susp on these trucks imo.

    Man, I'm flip flopping worse than my balls on a hot summer day.

    Come spring/summer when I'm due for new tires I'll price out 31s vs 32s. That'll be my deciding factor.
