    got it a couple weeks ago. has 22,xxx miles on it one owner
    not sure how i could make it look better, def going to take the stripes off the side when it gets a bit warmer.
    any input appreciated

    yea 22,000 miles it was an older gentleman's too and from hunting camp truck. was a surprise from my dad and mom for graduating from college. had a corolla because i traveled quite a bit for my internship so we traded that in and got me this. im excited to do some mods at some point. ive been a long time lurker here.

    Nice truck! I don't like the ARE tonneau cover on there either - not that it looks bad or performs bad, just can't fit much tall stuff in there with it down.

    yes def. found it on autotrader in akron ohio, no one wants a 4x2 up there i guess. was sitting on the lot for 3 weeks. we get some snow here in wv but not enough id need a 4x4 eand the only off roading i do is when i go hunting and my cousin has a tundra so we mainly take his... my next tacoma later on will be a 4x4 double cab though

    yea once i get settled in at my new job im going to take that off and probably get one of the soft cover tonneaus that roll up mabey, this one came with the truck and dont really have anywhere to put it so ill wait and try to sell it then get a new one thats to my liking

    Sounds good, I have the extang trifecta, but a roll up cover may give better access. For the decals, heat up with blow dryer try and peel off gently, not sure on plastic putty scraper. Have some goo gone available to get residue off.

    Very good looking truck! I actually like the stripes kinda haha. I have purpleish ones on my truck :rolleyes: I hate them though lol.
