They could...not every one is on tacomaworld or dezert rangers, they sell kits for pocket cash, as stated multiple times, it's not their livelihood, do I think their kit is perfect? No I don't, is anyone's? No every kit has their own issues large or small.

If you can just wait it out and save up for a dtf/dirtdesigns/lsk/mcm kit....you will be glad in the end...haven't had any issues with my kit...but getting that lower to fit in the lca mounts was one of the worst things I've ever done in my life. I dread the day I have to do it again. The Delrin bushings made it 10x worse though.

It cracks me up about the level of butt hurt that runs rampant, am I fully committed, no I'm not, I'm about to go to my local supply and make my own kit, I just don't understand the vendetta against engage

People know the pro/cons of just about every kit available on this market. They're gonna do what they wanna do regardless. I say let them set themselves up for failure and stay faaar away.

Dude.. This wasn't aimed towards you..

EDIT: if anything it was the opposite of that. I'm a firm believer in the whole "run what you brung" philosophy. Sure, there are some things that I would/wouldn't run on my truck, because that's just personal preference. I've wheeled with all kinds of people with all kinds of equipment, and it's never been the equipment I have disliked, it's the person. That being said, you get what you pay for.

I just left mine where it was. Put the fuel door back on, dremeled out the plastic backing so the hole was bigger.

Maybe the Tech wasn't trained on the WI either that or the DOE wasn't written well for a successful test...

I'd buy a different kit. I have so many friends running the engage kit and they all truly really regret it or they are to bro to care about the mad bump steer and it driving like hell. Save for a kit that you know is quality. I know engage says they race the same kit they sell but to they race a kit, like DTF says, has LCAs that need to be grinded down to fit or crooked uniball adapters? Also, if you really look at the engage kit on the 1478 truck, it's NOT the same kit they sell. Looks way more stout IMO.

So much this..... that very comment he made confirmed he has no clue what he is talking about and arguing with him is completely useless.

Just want you to get the best kit you can afford. Idk about everyone else but I truly want to see your truck perform the way YOU want it to.

Check out some of the horror stories on dezertrangers and even here. I remember one guy had his LCA pivot break and engage made him ship it all the way from New Mexico, where he lived, to Pomona, ca just so they would look at it.

I appreciate that man, and everyone says I don't know what I'm talking about? What have I said that's untrue? I mean in all reality what I've said is true. I was asked what I was planning to run for my front by another member which I answered, I don't remember asking for anyone else's opinions. When you impose your own opinion on someone who doesn't care to hear it, it usually doesn't go over well. I have been respectful and haven't resulted to stupid memes or insulting comments, it doesn't help your argument being an ass hole about it
