Good morning guys. Yup Mike the AMX caught my eye as well. The guy 2 houses up from me had a red one when I was growing up. We had some good time together back in the day. I had a L72 Corvette at the time.

    Morning all:
Doc; you could let Charlie or Mike do a little work on the Tacoma.
I'm sure they could figure out how to get a 427 small block, or a BLOWN 572 BB Chevy motor in it!
That way you would have a little more power, but still have the Tacoma! :D

    Morning Carl

Were you stationed on Firth of Clyde in Scotland? Thought maybe you missed my query re-quoted below. Just curious; what a beautiful place that was. Really would like to get back to Scotland and Ireland one of these years.

One thing about being over 60 is you made it that far. And it is not easy to get that far.

Well, stay in touch with young people as much as possible. As a professor, I'm lucky that I get to do that and it keeps the mind agile. Then, stock up on Immodium. :)

Oh yeah....have some outdoor hobbies/passtimes that keep you fairly fit. Mine are golf (always walking) and bowhunting.

Stay active . Walk, ride a bicycle ,go fishing, travel . Just don't sit and watch daytime TV it will rot your brain. Its tough to take up a hobby in later years if you never had one during your working years but make the effort. Have hobby interests ? Go all in & enjoy them .You will connect with others that have those same interests. Life over 60 can be a blast !!!

    All the Best,

Plenty of good living helps to get you there. And mostly important a bunch of oldsters on your favorite Tacoma thread to BS with.[IMG]
