i wear a hoodie when i lift, so what i wear underneath is irrelevant, but man there are some embarrassing shirts i have. free shirts i get from credit card companies, shirts that have that i heart "whatever city my relatives went to", an old power ranger shirt i had in middle school, my old PE shirts, that's why when i change i take the hoodie off with the shirt. if someone sees that i wear a kungfu panda promo shirt to the gym, i loose all street cred.

The gym my brother works at has 30th anniversary shirts that have "XXX" on them in big letters across the chest. I can only wear them in that town. If I wear them at school or grocery shopping people give me dirty looks.

I actually had a mother come up to me once and give me a mouth full about the "audacity" i have to promote porn in public.

I've been getting disappointed with my AA shirts. The size quality control has been shit. Out of three shirts, one will fit great, one too big, one too small.

Yea, I'm a fan of the 50/50 blend. I had a bunch of reject AA shirts that all fit different. Some ordered from Life as Rx, others from Rockfit. The life as Rx shirts were like belly shirts, way too short, then the Rockfit shirts were big in waist, which is a first for AA shirts for me. I ordered some from Rogue. One fits great, the two others are way too long. Probably going to get them hemmed/tailored as the fit everywhere else was fine. Should of read the reviews I guess. Seems to be common on a couple of their shirts.
I used to order from a company off ebay that sold AA shirts for a fraction of the AA website. Might try them again.
Yea, the Larges work pretty well for me. Somewhat snug in the upper body without being too baggy in the stomach. A Med is way to tight in the upper body. Target has some mossimo fitted shirts that I used to wear that were pretty nice. Same issue though. Quality control on sizes was lacking.

Do you guys have any good exercises to reduce the lower stomach, love handle and sides fat? My upper body is fine but I'd like to tighten up my mid section a bit more. I'm working on my diet now but some exercising help would be nice.

    Lots of abs and cardio.

When you're trying to lose some fluff its a very fine line between eating enough and eating to much.

As far as exercises, I like reverse ab curls for the bottom few.

Doing them on the ground I a bit easier than doing them hanging from something. buy don't get your legs involved. Just slowly up and slowly down.

There's ones you can do holding a weight on one side to. Not sure of the name, but I like them. I have to do a crap ton to feel anything though.

Same. I just want to look good naked and be cut up in the summer. I never get over around 205 when bulking and never plan to. I don't like the roided out look. I go for more of the physique competition look

$45 for a shirt?! You crazy

Hit abs everyday....no, jk. Spot reducing fat doesn't work....for me, anyway. The way I look at fat is that it's a big ass blanket that covers your entire body. You can't reduce the size of one part of the blanket; you've got to target the whole thing as one big, annoying fat blanket. I see people in the gym doing abs every day and that shit doesn't do anything; that's like doing chest every day to get your chest bigger. Muscles grow when resting and I've heard to only do abs twice a week, max. But, I do pull-ups and deads, so I don't ever do abs haha. Doing abs doesn't burn a lot of calories, and it's not like you're going to do them so much that they just rip through your layer of fat, anyway. All of that being said, the only way you're going to lose that lower stomach pooch is from dieting and cardio....and lift weights. I burn more calories lifting than I do with cardio. That's just what works for me

    Caloric deficit = fat loss

I was thinking about that the other day lol most people would be more likely not to fight a guy that's swole as fuck cause he is but in reality that guy is in the gym 5 days a week and spends 90 percent of his time so sore from his workout especial after leg day you would actually have a advantage lol

And i may or may not be the looks at himself in the mirror to much guy on shoulder/bis days I'm just checking my form :anonymous:
