    I'm wondering...Back in the day, I used to pull telephone cable into underground conduits. We always had a swivel on our winch cable to keep it from turning into a steel bird's nest. I've never seen anyone with a swivel on the winch cable on their trucks so it must not have the same issue. Why is that, I wonder?
