Yeah, look at UFC fighters! Everyone is scared of the dudes that look like Jay Cutler, but in reality, it's the ones who look like this that will fuq you up:

This is why I eat a banana with my post-workout shake. And then a banana and orange as a snack. Recovery is everything.

Oh dude that's the worst. Roll your foot over a baseball or tennis ball to work that out. Back in the day, I worked with an Olympian pole vaulter that had to get stem cells injected into her feet to fix destroyed arches. She said the baseball trick helped relieve pain.

I get that too. The only parts of my body that cramp are the arches of my feet and my left hip when I lean to wipe my ass lol. It only happens like once a month though lol

Yep. I'm getting around 25g/day, but I think the recommendation is around 35g/day, so I went and picked up some more spinach and green beans lol

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
X2 I've been out of the game for a few years and it shows :( but I cut 30lbs with eating right, working out and Pounding legs hard twice a week & 1 hour of cardio 6 days a week.

I've been feeling and eating like shit lately so I'm jumping back in with a vengeance. Id like to get back to 180lbs where I was 5 years ago I'm now sitting at 201lbs and I'm not liking it. Luckily I'm pretty active during the day in the shop or I'm sure i would be 225+ by now.

My plan is to drop 20lbs in 4 months I switched my diet about a week ago and I'm loving how I feel besides the headaches. I'm not really trying to build much I already have good amount mass from the years I trained hard and lifting all this steel every day helped me keep it just trying to cut the fat. My workout is 1 hour cardio 6 days a week along with the workout I get every day at work. Once I shed the weight I want I will most likely start lifting more often again but for now I'm just cutting down.

FWIW, weight training with HIIT will net you greater results and save time over steady state cardio.

Heard that! At a caloric deficit of around 500-800 below maintenance, 20 lbs in 4 months should be no problem at all with doing 6 hrs of cardio a day....especially on top of lifting all that damn BAMF metal all day
