    Lots of Fun. Brian, Ryan, and I went to check out Camp Blanding but its gates were closed and are only open for hunting season so we headed over to Jennings State forest and went down some trails. We found alittle bit of mud. If you look at the Jax area tacos thread you could see some pics of Brian's tank/boat.

    Why am I seeing so many chromed TRD's?
    I saw 5 Friday.

    I thought TRD's didn't have chrome.

    and that only SR5 trim levels did.

    while base has that off-black/unpainted trim?

    Trd offroad and rugged trails have chorme. The rugged trails have the black platic trim around the tires.

    wow. I have never seen a chromed TRD Off Road, (well,seen it new). it would be a deal breaker for me.

    as for the Rugged Ridge, is that a dealer install? I've seen a few. both with and without chrome. and the unpainted fenders interest me!

    Rugged trail. It's a package from the toyota factory just as the sport and offroad is. It was only available in 08, i don't know why. It's the same thing as an offroad with the addition of the black fenders, rubber trd mats, black "baja" rims and rugged trail tires. The rugged trail tires may come on an offroad to i'm not sure.

    well, I always liked the looks of it, and if it isnt some "dealer installed" package, thats awesome.

    PS. rugged trail tires are shitty. I dont know why they'd pick those!
