Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

I have a couple of neighbors like this. They own clapped out cars that don't move and parked them on the street in front of my house. There was just the one car in the driveway too-three would have fit easily.

I asked politely if they'd move the leaking POS into the driveway. When they didn't, I called the parking enforcement people. I don't feel at all bad about it-I own my house and don't want to have leaking heaps parked on the street. Plus, I'd kinda like to put my trash out in front of my house and not half way down the block

Balls...just scheduled a backpacking trip with a club for that weekend. I'll just hit up Ferny if I need anything. My truck seems ok for now, though.

 

Im sure some of you remember when i was rear ended by that mazda a few months back. I have been going on dates with the chick in the highlander i was pushed into by the mazda.

Does anyone in Sac have a stereo or reciever spare laying around they want to get rid of? I need something for my garage. Travis, I'm using the one you gave me as my home reciever lol.

I don't know how it is in Sac, but in the city I live in (and a few others around here) there are rules regarding cars that are left in one spot and not moved especially if there are complaints filed for it being an eyesore. They get ticketed or towed away at the expense of the registered owner. Another thing is, if a car doesn't have valid registration or license plates, it most definitely should be towed away.


You might be able to chat w/ the postal carrier and see if they can get their mail service suspended for chronic mailbox obstruction.

Like Kevin, I say just talk to them. So many things can get misconstrued over notes/texts/etc. It's always better to have a conversation and dialogue to resolve any conflict.
