    Local is the way to go. Few needle sticks. Then 10 minutes later you're all done. Maybe 15 if there is a complication.
    I was eating a cheesesteak an hour later.
    Getting put to sleep is an all day thing, plus people can get sick. Sick = throw up = calorie deficit = loss of gainz.

    i got lucky with my wisdom teeth, got both popped out with 2 tugs, came out in one piece, didn't feel a thing, was eating hot pot 2 hours later.

    Yep. It's pretty simple usually. They pop right out if they're not impacted most the time. Literally about a min a tooth.
    Impacted takes a little bit longer, but not bad.

    "Hot pot" huh. Always knew you were a toker.

    On a more fitness related question. You guys seem to be up to date on every single supplement out. Who takes creatine mono, and which brand?

    Have been reading some articles/studies (non-supplement companies), and wanted to test some of the data.

    Optimal Nutrition, creatine mono is simple, if anyone tell you their creatine mono is better they are full of shit. ON price on creatine is cheap as hell i got my 1200g for 25 bucks i think.

    I used to be a GNC hater, but recently found out they price match with Vitamin Shoppe, so I've been converted back since there is one about 3 miles from my house.

    Thanks for the heads up. Should of figured ON would be the best bet. Been out of the supp world for awhile.
